FABRIC

CORDURA® Ballistic (1,680D)
CORDURA® Ballistic Fabric is a high-density woven nylon construction that is resistant to abrasion, tearing, and fraying, and is used by military forces around the world who require reliability.
CORDUARA® is a registered trademark of INVISTA, Inc. for its highly durable fabrics.
CORDURA® Classic Fabric (1,000D)
This is the oldest and longest-produced CORDURA® Fabric, and can be said to be the origin of CORDURA.
CORDURA® nylon 6.6 processed with a special air jet machine is woven at a high density to give it top-class strength, and its durability is proven by its use in the harshest environments in the world.
CORDUARA® is a registered trademark of INVISTA for durable fabrics.
MULTICAM® x CORDURA®
MultiCam is a camouflage pattern developed by Crye Precision.
In addition to its unique IR camouflage pattern proposed by color technology for visibility and near-far infrared identification, it uses CORDURA®, which has excellent strength and durability, as the base fabric, making it a genuine MADE IN USA CORDURA® FABRIC officially adopted by the US Army, Special Forces, and other military forces. It is a high-performance fabric with excellent water repellency, waterproofing, and weather resistance.
HIGH-STRENGTH NYLON
Made of durable, lightweight, stain-resistant nylon material, it is resistant to friction and has excellent water repellency.
The underside of the outer fabric is coated with polyurethane for excellent water repellency.
Lightweight, durable, and water-repellent, it is safe to play in the rain.
Polyester
Ultra-high strength silk thread with a sophisticated luster and ultra-fine, high-performance (3 times stronger than usual) elastic rubber are woven together at high density (10 strands).
It is not too stretchy or hard, and has moderate resilience, providing stability and flexibility. It is resistant to deformation and has functionality and durability not found in ordinary stretch belts.
Oil wax leather
We use oil wax leather, which has durability and texture that surpasses regular leather. Tanned with 100% vegetable tannins, it preserves the natural texture, while the special oil and wax finish creates excellent waterproofing and durability, making leather products last longer.
Microfiber Leather
It has the texture and soft feel of genuine leather, but also has excellent tear resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and other performance features.
It is environmentally friendly and, above all, lightweight.
YKK® ZIPPER
YKK is said to have a market share of over 90% in the domestic zipper market and over 40% worldwide. The YKK logo is well known around the world, and the YKK brand has earned absolute trust in its quality.
YKK is the only zipper manufacturer that manufactures and develops the machines that manufacture zippers. They meet the JIS standard and repeatedly test according to YKK’s own quality standards to provide stable, high-quality products.
FIDLOCK®
FIDLOCK is a German manufacturer of functional parts and buckles. Their products can be operated with one hand and are excellent in safety, grip, security and functionality, and are widely used in furniture, bags, backpacks, helmets, sports, etc.
SUS304 Stainless Steel
SUS304 is the most widely used of all stainless steels because it is an easy-to-machine material.
It also has the advantage of being resistant to rust and corrosion.
Zinc alloy
Zinc alloy is an alloy made by synthesizing aluminum, copper, magnesium, iron, etc., and is a metal that has long been used as a material for die-casting and casting products.
The characteristics of zinc alloy include “high thermal conductivity,” “strength and hardness,” “high electrical conductivity,” “beautiful finish,” “corrosion resistance,” “stable dimensional accuracy,” and “high recyclability.”
